Guardian/Fleet build-out. Completes the self-hosted control plane over the
evidence kernel per the definitive overhaul plan: the automatic
failure-to-fix loop, capture-receipt attestation, batch discovery, privacy
controls, and an honest trust headline are now wired end to end. Always
recommends, never auto-deploys.

Added

  • Bounded experiment engine. hotato fleet experiment propose generates a
    catalogue-driven, bounded variant set (baseline + lower/higher/adjacent/
    two-parameter, capped ~6), each with an expected-effects block stated before
    execution; FleetAPI.experiment_run_all runs each as a manifest-bound clone
    trial and Pareto-ranks the eligible ones over visible components (no blended
    "Hotato score"). A unified, versioned typed parameter catalogue backs it.
  • Capture-receipt attestation is emitted, not just verified. The clone
    runner signs a per-fixture capture receipt bound to the trial nonce + decoded
    PCM; with a signing key present a clean fresh recapture now reaches the
    ATTESTED tier ("PAIRED FRESH-RECAPTURE IMPROVED"). Without a key it stays
    operator-asserted, never silently upgraded.
  • Batch discovery + cross-call clustering. hotato fleet run ingests and
    discovers a set of recordings, clusters candidate shapes across calls to fill
    the recurrence / novelty / covered-by-contract ranking components, and
    advances a durable watermark. Never auto-labels.
  • Idempotent jobs. ingest / discover / experiment now record leased,
    idempotent jobs, so a duplicate webhook, scheduler retry, or worker crash
    converges on one logical result.
  • One-click contracts + high-stakes. hotato fleet contract create --from-candidate labels a reviewed candidate and mints + registers a real
    failure contract; --high-stakes marks it, making the canary gate and the
    private benchmark's high-stakes counts real.
  • Privacy controls, wired. hotato fleet retention attaches a retention/
    consent policy; hotato fleet delete removes audio and leaves a durable
    deletion receipt (a legal hold blocks it); hotato fleet redact produces a
    DERIVED redacted copy (new PCM hash + parent lineage), never the original
    evidence. Reports gained an audio-reference mode that references audio by
    hash instead of inlining PCM.
  • hotato fleet experiment approve records a human approval decision
    (recorded only; never deploys). hotato synth generates deterministic
    synthetic perturbations of a real recording as a SEPARATE synthetic axis.
  • Optional label-suggestion review assistant (plan §12): abstains on any
    uncertainty and is advisory only; a human label is always required to promote
    a contract.
  • MCP gained candidate_inspect, experiment_status, and
    experiment_create; every fleet-tool response now carries a uniform
    evidence-status / refusal / artifact-digest / pending-action envelope.
  • New registry entities (contract sets, deployment receipts, attestations,
    variants, watermarks, per-recording retention/PII) and a signed trial
    manifest (wheel hash, adapter identity, required yield/hold lists, capture
    plan).
  • Supply chain: SBOM generation (per-extra profiles) wired into release CI,
    build-provenance attestation, and a reproducible-build hash check; PyPI
    Trusted Publishing documented as the default path.

Changed

  • Trust headline is honest under leakage. Cross-channel leakage now cautions
    whenever the suspected leaked component would alter the receiving channel's
    activity mask (onset / active frames / talk-over), closing a gap where a
    verdict-changing leak still read clean. "safe to scan" is now
    "eligible for scan" (eligibility, not a safety guarantee).
  • Claim contracts. A machine-readable evidence-language table governs public
    claim phrases; cards fail closed if a rendered claim exceeds the evidence tier
    it earned, and the copy lint enforces the same table.
