Run the common voice-agent test cases from a bare install, catch a failure without a recording of your own, and route the gate result to wherever your team already watches.

  • hotato simulate --list — a curated, seeded pack of seven voice-agent test cases: missed barge-in, backchannel that is not a floor-take, dead air, over-eager reply, caller talk-over, and fast/slow pacing. Run one by name; a fixed (scenario, seed) renders the same bytes every run.
  • hotato investigate --demo — score a bundled two-channel call and reach the label step with nothing of your own on disk.
  • hotato contract verify --notify URL — POST a share-safe pass/fail summary when the gate runs: counts and the failing contracts' timing, no audio, credentials, or transcript. Fail-open.
  • hotato start --demo --format json now leads with the same first step the human closing prints.
