* fix(clipboard): grant window hide permission so close works

The clipboard history window's 关闭 button and Escape handler both
call currentWindow.hide(), which is gated by Tauri's ACL. The
capability file granted core:default, but core:window:default only
covers read-only window APIs (allow-is-visible, allow-title, ...)
and does not include allow-hide. The IPC call was silently rejected,
so the window stayed open.

Add core:window:allow-hide to the default capability so the close
control and Escape shortcut work as intended. The same fix also
makes the post-restore auto-hide path actually close the window.

* chore: bump version to 0.3.2
