Prospect profile payloads now include a plan block for planner-controlled prospects, reporting plan versions, refresh status and reason, not-before/next-recheck timestamps, evaluated-at time, and the current plan payload; plus an effective_action block carrying the next action and its assigned account user. Both are omitted when the prospect is not planner-controlled.
