iOS: upgraded to AudienzziOSSDK 0.2.6 — no more PrebidMobile fork.

  • Bumped AudienzziOSSDK to 0.2.6, which builds against stock PrebidMobile. The patched Prebid fork that 0.2.5 required is gone — integrators no longer pin audienzz-ios-prebid-sdk-fork. This fixes the CocoaPods install failure (could not find compatible versions for "AudienzziOSSDK" / fork resolution errors).
  • iOS ads are now muted by default (via isApplicationMuted, backend-overridable) — carried in 0.2.6.
