This hotfix focuses on launch-time safety and USB controller reliability.

Fixed

• Prevented fresh launch/connect-time knob position reports from changing Windows master/app volume.
• Added Turn Up serial stall recovery when COM data stops arriving.
• Decoupled Turn Up and N3 hardware input handling from USB read loops so slow actions cannot block device input.
• Added N3 reconnect attempts and sampled hardware-input logging for easier diagnosis.
• Hardened Govee startup power handling so stale saved state does not wake lights unexpectedly.

Changed

• Retired the unsupported experimental macOS alpha and updated docs for Windows-only support.
