Deskflow Globe 1.0.0 makes a short Fn/Globe tap switch enabled macOS keyboard layouts while controlling a Deskflow client.

Download Deskflow-Globe-1.0.0-macos-universal.zip, extract it, and run Install.command. Allow Input Monitoring and follow the README. Apple Silicon and Intel binaries target macOS 13 or later.

  • Passive Fn observer, no event injection, keystroke logging, analytics, or network access.
  • Per-user autostart restores event observer ordering after Deskflow server restarts.
  • Reversible uninstall with backups; automatic LangSwitch replacement is opt-in.
  • Checksums included in SHA256SUMS.

Validated on Apple Silicon macOS 27 with Deskflow 1.26 and a Windows 11 client. User testing and client logs confirmed en/ru/en switching. Gesture regressions, universal compilation, code signature checks, and package verification passed locally and in GitHub CI. Intel and older macOS systems have not been tested on physical hardware.

This release is ad-hoc signed, not Developer ID signed or notarized. See the README for macOS download handling. It does not bypass Secure Input; the README documents recovery when macOS blocks keyboard forwarding.
