Changes: CI auto-fix: add 45s timeout to channel.subscribe to unblock stuck realtimeRestarting flag

channel.subscribe(blockUntilSubscribed=true) can hang indefinitely when
the WebSocket is down, leaving realtimeRestarting=true forever and
blocking all keepalive/network/doze reconnect attempts. Wrap it in
withTimeout(45s); catch TimeoutCancellationException and rethrow as a
plain Exception so the existing retry path resets realtimeRestarting and
retries. Fixes 13h+ stuck reconnect observed on samsung_sm-s911u.
