Cortext v1.2.4

Ships the packaging work from PR #8 for binding installers and on-device defaults.

Highlights

  • Shared release assets — multi-arch natives + Git-friendly AIST model shards as cortext-assets-1.2.4.tar.gz (built by the release-assets workflow).
  • Default model embed — AIST q8_0 shards are linked into libcortext and assembled at first load (no download / path required). Opt out with -DCORTEXT_EMBED_AIST_MODEL=OFF.
  • In-repo shards under models/AIST-87M-GGUF/chunks/ (no LFS).
