Immutable patch so customers get the hosted report consistency check. This does not replace @augmentworks/cli@0.3.7.

Highlights

  • run report exits 11 instead of 0 when a claimed pass contradicts a completed required failure, or when known coverage exceeds the evidence that was retrieved (AUG-272)
  • Dev-only source-map-js resolves to 1.2.2 so the high-severity release audit passes (AUG-273)
  • Coherent passes stay exit 0 and coherent assessed failures stay exit 10

published_package_verified is published-line identity, not a live registry probe of this tarball. Independently inspected npm 0.3.7 remains the previous pin. Do not overwrite @augmentworks/cli@0.3.7.
