This update is mostly removal of old code and comments, more logging, and removal of old sleep/wait lines. This is kind of dangerous as these might have been put in after painful lessons, which I have not yet experienced. It could be my home network is not affected by whatever might cause them to be unnecessary, or the Bluesound firmware updates made them unnecessary, or my earlier changes to the code made them unnecessary. I don't know.

But what I do know, is that with these changes the intergration is super snappy on my home setup. Hope others experience this themselves too. 🚄
