Layout hotfix for the modified Everyric2 fork.
- Offset and playback-rate controls now share one horizontal row.
- Labels stay beside their numeric inputs.
- Candidate song titles use the full row and wrap instead of being cut off.
- Secondary sync/translation metadata moves below the title.
Verification: 72 Chrome tests passed; typecheck, production build, and score-check passed.
