Malpractice v0.1.0-alpha (Windows playtest)

First playtest build of Malpractice for Windows.

Install: download Malpractice-v0.1.0-alpha-Windows.zip from the Assets dropdown below, unzip it, start Steam (signed in), then run
Malpractice/Malpractice.exe. If SmartScreen warns about an unknown app: More info → Run anyway.

Play together: one player picks CREATE LOBBY, the others pick JOIN LOBBY (or accept the host's Steam invite).
Everyone presses Ready, then the host pulls the start lever. Lobbies run through Steam's free test app (Spacewar, App
ID 480), so nobody has to buy anything.

What's in this build

• Five of the nine waiting patients are on today's theatre list, shown on the conference room screen (you can draw on it to
  tick them off).
• Wheel a patient to the operating table, transfer them, strip them, drape them with a Surgical Procedure Pack, scrub in, and
  operate. The operation is three minigames at once, and more surgeons means a faster operation.
• Anything unsterile touching the drape ruins the surgery.
• Medical staff win when the five listed patients are operated on and resting in Recovery. Evil wins when the staff are all
  down.

Early alpha: expect bugs, and please report them.
