bench: display voltage alarm and recovery voltage values in volts on device page

It would be helpful on the device page for us to show the voltage alarm and recovery voltage variables in volts for the user to quickly read instead of having to do a calculation.

This is possible by creating a sensor, which transform the raw value into a sensor value.
