Fixes Facebook/Meta passkey registration that failed before Authier's approval window opened in 1.2.17.

  • Supports related website origins explicitly authorized by the passkey domain, including Facebook with Meta's shared passkey domain.
  • Allows registration with optional PRF inputs while correctly reporting that Authier does not provide PRF output.
  • Adds a browser regression for the Facebook Advanced Protection checkpoint.
  • Includes the device clock warning and device history/date-sorting improvements merged since 1.2.17.

After your browser installs 1.2.18, reload Facebook before choosing Create passkey again.

Validation: 641 extension unit tests, four full-extension flows, and two Chromium/Firefox interoperability tests passed, along with production build, TypeScript, lint, and PR CI checks.
