Rebased continuation of #46 (originally by @team-scaletech, whose fork branch conflicted with main). Same feature — shows the TOTP enrollment screen (
should_show_totp_screen, scanner image/secret/recovery codes) insideAuthorizerVerifyOtp— with the stale-base drift resolved: usesVerifyOTPRequest(renamed fromVerifyOtpInput), the side-effectimport '../styles/default.css', and drops the package-lock downgrade.Reviewed clean (verdict: merge after rebase); SDK-satisfied by the published authorizer-js 3.2.1 (no dependency on the unreleased WebAuthn/error-code SDK changes). Closes #46.
