there should be a sidebar at the right of the screen. when looking through, click on the option that you think might answer your question or problem, because 85% of the time, it will answer your question or problem.
if you want further help, maybe ask somebody else that's a bit more experienced and can help you easily? if you don't know anyone that's experienced in the game, try contacting us. we don't bite :)
