Updating the latest Goal tool previously conflicted with the application's Python 3.10 support. Move Goal to a Python >=3.12 automation group and update the internal packages in uv.lock to the observed stable registry versions. Application Python support remains >=3.10.
Add daily grouped Dependabot updates for the explicit costs/Goal/pfix/clickmd/code2llm catalog, read-only freshness CI and locked tests on Python 3.10 and 3.13. Instructions live in this repository's docs/dependencies.md and are linked from README. The catalog is bounded; updates still pass tests and the repository's merge rules.
Validation: 132 passed on each Python version, uv lock --check, Goal dependency audit against PyPI, wheel and sdist build. Hosted checks run on this PR.
