Product SEO titles no longer repeat the brand (#549). On stores where the brand matches the store name, or the product name already contains the brand, the page <title> duplicated it — e.g. Camp Shirt | Saltwarp – Saltwarp and Saltwarp x Thornwick Tote | Thornwick – Saltwarp.
The brand is now appended only when it adds information: suppressed (case-insensitively) when it equals the store name or is already present in the product name.
Results become Camp Shirt – Saltwarp and Saltwarp x Thornwick Tote – Saltwarp; a genuinely distinct brand still appears, e.g. Field Boot | Thornwick – Saltwarp.
Structured data is unchanged — the brand remains a separate field in the product JSON-LD.
