• Add backwards-compatible support for beta Steam Library
• Fix smooth scrolling checkout positioning on interface page of settings
• Fix 'Steam Input Per-Game' and 'BPM Overlay when Steam Input is Active Per-Game' dropdowns in game properties general tab
