Several things that reported success were doing nothing: re-running a trigger
returned a run number for a run that was never saved, author notification
emails marked themselves sent without contacting the mail server, and the
webhook announcing that a schedule had been switched off had never once been
delivered. A schedule whose worker was killed stopped firing for good, and
every later tick logged what ordinary overlap protection looks like.
FastAPI is current again. It had been held on 0.136 for two years on the belief
that anything newer dropped 228 of the API's routes. It did not: 0.137 changed
how an included sub-router is stored, so the list the check was reading stopped
being a count of routes. The surface is now pinned by a test that asks the app
what it publishes.
Two tech debts closed (D-28, D-29) and one deliberately left open (D-27,
PgBouncer). The documented numbers were re-counted against the code, which
turned up a mutation-testing config that selected no tests at all.
4,410 tests, 87.0% coverage, 7 import contracts.
