Repository navigation
Legends GitHub 0.1.2 makes social-preview upload preparation and verification an explicit part of the agent's repository presentation workflow.
- New
social-preview --repo OWNER/REPO --image PATHcommand validates artwork and returns the exact settings target and upload handoff. --verifychecks GitHub's custom-image state and compares the served image's dimensions and decoded pixels with the intended file. An old custom image cannot pass.- The upload recipe handles visible-label failures by inspecting the current file input and using the agent host's supported upload controls. The Python command itself does not upload.
- No dependency on Legends Chrome Kit or Legends Shell Kit. Agents use their available supported browser/file-upload tools.
- Added macOS to the portable Python CI matrix.
- CLI version output now reads the authoritative VERSION file.
The end-to-end workflow was demonstrated on a real repository: an authenticated browser uploaded the image, the reloaded settings thumbnail was inspected, and the new verifier confirmed exact image bytes and pixels.
Local preparation requires Python and Pillow. Live verification additionally requires authenticated GitHub CLI access and network access. Upload requires a host with browser/file-upload capabilities. These remain distinct capabilities; installing the toolkit does not create a browser session.
