Post-reset patch, no behavior change. Contract CI carve-out for the verified native-app installers (install.ps1/install.sh, no skill markers); Publish to WinGet disabled until binary assets ship.

Single registered skill (cto-legends, vendored pinned copy at skills/cto-legends/SKILL.md), authoritative version 0.1.1 via package.json. Source release (tag plus notes); no installer binaries attached.

Router-native generation reset. SOURCE release (tag plus notes); no installer binaries attached.

  • Single registered skill: cto-legends, vendored pinned copy at skills/cto-legends/SKILL.md.
  • Router pin: 6975dcbf073e5eec7a30ce6a04a6975238c61158 (cto-legends-public HEAD at reset time).
  • Authoritative version 0.1.0 (package.json; Cargo/tauri/CITATION aligned); CHANGELOG head 0.1.0 with history kept.
  • Native installers (install.ps1, install.sh) kept per install law; they resolve the latest release dynamically.
  • Prior releases (v1.0.0..v1.0.11, incl. all platform installer assets) and all version tags wiped per the reset; git history preserved.
