Healthcare reviewer auto-attaches (catalog honesty)

  • healthcare-reviewer now auto-attaches on HIPAA/PHI signals
    (hipaa, phi_, hl7, fhir, hitech, baa, ehr/, superbill,
    icd-10, soap-note) — previously the agent existed but had no trigger, so a
    healthcare project never got a HIPAA review. Closes the gap now that the
    greatcto.systems catalog ships regulated verticals (allied health, insurance
    agencies, accounting) whose whole pitch is automatic compliance review.
  • regulated-reviewer gets a narrow DORA/NIS2/ISO-27001 trigger (SOX/HIPAA stay
    with the more-specific reviewers — no double-attach); accounting general-ledger
    / GAAP signals route to enterprise-saas-reviewer (SOX-ITGC).
  • Patterns are token-specific and false-positive-tested (bare health/care/
    claim deliberately excluded). +9 auto-attach test cases; full suite 324/324.
