Legal archetype + legal-reviewer

  • New legal archetype with a dedicated legal-reviewer agent covering
    UPL guardrails (information-vs-advice line, attorney-review gate), IOLTA client
    trust accounting (commingling, per-client ledgers, three-way reconciliation),
    attorney-client privilege (ABA Model Rule 1.6), conflict-of-interest screening
    (Rules 1.7-1.9), e-filing/court integration (PACER/CM-ECF, FRCP 5.2 redaction),
    and records retention / legal hold. Wired end-to-end: detection, reviewers,
    gates (upl-review), UI-bearing set, cost tier, /upl-check command,
    TM-legal threat-model template, and a legaltech pack overlay.
  • legal-reviewer auto-attaches on IOLTA / trust-account / matter / conflict-
    check / PACER / ECF / docket signals (token-specific, false-positive-tested).
  • Dental support — healthcare-reviewer now also triggers on CDT-code /
    odontogram / perio-chart / dental-claim signals, for the dental vertical.
  • Backs the greatcto.systems catalog's dental + law-firm verticals with real
    compliance review. Tests: main suite 307→327, CLI 264→268 (+24), all green.
