5 new domain reviewers — reviewer system complete

Built the 5 remaining planned reviewers, taking test_new_reviewers.py to 9/9:

  • rcm-reviewer — healthcare revenue cycle: CMS-1500/UB-04 claims, CPT/HCPCS/
    ICD-10 coding + upcoding/unbundling (False Claims Act / OIG), 835 remittance,
    No Surprises Act good-faith estimates.
  • procurement-reviewer — source-to-pay: three-way match, segregation of
    duties, OFAC vendor screening, competitive-bid fairness, SOX procurement.
  • accounting-reviewer — GL/close: double-entry integrity, ASC 606, 1099,
    month-end reconciliation, SOX ITGC, journal-entry approval + SoD. GL/GAAP
    auto-attach tokens migrated off the enterprise-saas-reviewer stop-gap to this
    dedicated reviewer (no double-attach). Closes the accounting-catalog gap.
  • msp-reviewer — managed IT: multi-tenant isolation, MSA/SLA enforcement,
    credential vaulting, patch/backup SLAs, SOC 2 for MSPs.
  • tax-reviewer — tax prep: IRS MeF e-file, PTIN + Circular 230, taxpayer-data
    safeguards (Pub 4557 / GLBA / WISP), Form 8879, §7216 consent.
  • Each ships agent + TM threat-model template + pack overlay + /command +
    token-specific auto-attach pattern. Tests: main suite 336, CLI 268 (+42), all
    green; structural validators + ci-local --quick green.
