Welcome
Welcome to the first ever release of UdpClub! In the attachments you will find a library file for the UdpClub core library as well as a demo application made to show how UdpClub can be utilized.
Requirements
In order to use UdpClub, ChatApp or use associated libraries, you will need to have the .NET Framework 4.8.1 installed. Afterwards you should be able to freely use any of the tools provided in this release.
Installation
Demo Project
In the downloads you will find a file called ChatApp.zip, which contains the demo project for UdpClub. Export the folder, launch at least two instances to create a server and client(s), and have fun!
UdpClub
In the downloads you will find the UdpClub DLL. Reference it in your .NET projects to utilize the functionality of UdpClub.
Usage Notice
⚠️ UdpClub is a C# DLL. It is not compatible with languages such as C/C++, Rust, or others by default.
ChatApp (Demo Application)
ChatApp is a rudimentary chat client built with UdpClub in the backend. It allows you to host a server and communicate with people from anywhere, provided that you properly set up port forwarding and input your public IP as the hostname, rather than localhost.
