Description
Rewrite prompts/CODING.md to mirror the structure of prompts/SYSTEM_PROMPT.md — ROLE, RULES, WHAT NOT TO DO, PRIORITY HIERARCHY, OUTPUT FORMAT, WORKFLOW. Stripped all personality, voice, and character references. The coding agent is a pure execution pipeline.
