Improve keyboard detection for third-party keyboards

• Add ViewTreeObserver fallback to detect actual keyboard height
• Third-party keyboards like Smart Keyboard Pro now properly detected
• Uses getWindowVisibleDisplayFrame() to measure real visible area
• Takes maximum of WindowInsets and measured height for best accuracy
