Finance Calendar plugin and Agent Skill 0.1.0 beta

Finance Calendar's first repository-distributed plugin and portable Agent Skill beta.

The plugin connects Codex and Claude Code to the public hosted economic-calendar MCP server and adds guidance for source health, timing precision, reference periods, numerical evidence and complete exports. It uses the existing Finance Calendar branding.

No local server, API key or sign-in is required for the public hosted setup. It shares the keyless allowance of 2,000 canonical API requests per IP per UTC day; assistant-platform proxy IPs may be shared. The local client or REST API supports personal keys.

Validation: native Claude strict manifest and marketplace checks, native Codex marketplace discovery, clean-checkout reproducible packaging, and one live skill-guided Claude Messages API task with actual health and event tool calls. The live task preserved a Korean PPI date, period, source, null UTC instant and null numerical values. This is one task, not a general accuracy score.

This beta is distributed by Finance Calendar. It is not an approved OpenAI or Anthropic directory listing. ChatGPT/Claude.ai account-level installation checks and the public privacy notice remain launch tasks. Client/workspace policies determine which installation surfaces are available.

MIT licenses the software and skill. Upstream data retains its own source rights and required attribution; preserve the returned evidence and credits.
