Fixes

Icon aliases now work. Filament icon aliases registered for Shout's types (shout::icon.info, shout::icon.success, shout::icon.warning, shout::icon.danger) were never resolved. Shout now uses them.
Dark mode has its own palette. Notices used to keep their light colours in dark mode, which made link(), gray and outlined actions almost unreadable. In dark mode a notice now has a tinted dark background, a translucent coloured border and light text. This changes how notices look in dark mode. Light mode is unchanged.
Inline actions are vertically centred. One-line messages now line up with the button beside them. Multi-line messages keep the icon beside the first line.
icon(false) no longer indents the text with an empty icon slot.
No empty heading. A notice without a heading no longer renders an empty <h2>.
