This is a follow-up to 1.10.5's fix for GHSA-4225-c933-76f3, which strips
terminal control sequences from echomail and netmail before they reach a
Telnet/SSH reader. That fix also stripped the cursor-positioning codes
classic ANSI art relies on to place its pieces, so art messages reflowed
into unreadable text in the reader. 1.10.6 restores correct ANSI-art
display without reopening the hole, and also fixes a message-wrapping bug
that could cut a colour code or multi-byte character in half.
