Signed release 0.3.2.

  • Fixes the missing blspy dependency (no 0.3.0 install could complete without it).
  • Fixes the flaky libclang preflight (grep -q + pipefail SIGPIPE race).
  • Ships the signed prebuilt Sage binary (sage-0.3.2-linux-x86_64.tar.gz) so installs skip the ~30-minute source build.

All artifacts are SHA-256 checksummed and GPG-signed with the Spellbook release key
7DEA43CA62DF3F8FB041C1551FCF79089E54DC35; install.sh verifies both before installing.
