Reviewed and approved by @phipag. aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials 6.2.2 to 6.2.3. The pinned SHA e6de054238d6b7531b4efff3b6587d9aade6a06c matches the peeled v6.2.3 tag and all four call sites were updated consistently. Two bug fixes only, covering git credentials in the upstream release workflow and PackedPolicyTooLarge detection in STS tags. No OIDC behavior change and no new inputs.
