Changes
As discussed internally, this PR removes the
CODEOWNERSfile from the repo to avoid the entire team to be notified for each PR. The project will instead use the team assignment feature which assigns members in a round robin fashion as well as manual review requests.Having at least one reviewer for each PR remains a requirement.
