  • Scopes the CICD-toolchain CloudFormation deployment role to the application's own resources. IAM role-policy write actions are gated by a permissions boundary condition, Secrets Manager write actions are scoped to the application's own secrets, and SSM Parameter Store write actions are scoped to the application's own parameters.
