Web UI previews no longer go stale when a slide is edited without being measured. run_python used to regenerate the live-preview data (compose/) and preview images only
for the measure_slides slugs, so a slide written in the same call but not listed — or a
slide the layout pass wrote but did not sample — kept its old (or no) preview. Rendering now
follows the change: every slide the written files can alter (the slide itself, slides
referencing a changed includes/ file, override children, or every slide when deck.json
/ specs/outline.md changed) is re-rendered, plus the measure_slides slugs. Measurement
(overflow, layout bias, invalid layouts) still covers only measure_slides. Applies to both
the local and the AWS server. A layout pass now renders every slide it writes, so that call
takes longer.
