Fixed

  • Auto Scaling group tag events are no longer rejected when the CloudTrail payload omits Value or PropagateAtLaunch.
  • Added CreateAutoScalingGroup to the Auto Scaling tagging EventBridge rule, registering groups created with the schedule tag already attached. These emit no tag-change event and were previously never registered.
  • Self-heal now sweeps Auto Scaling groups that were tagged but never registered due to a transient failure in real-time tag registration, registering them during a scheduling cycle. Attempts are rate-limited to once per hour per group.
