Media Changes
The SDK will automatically switch to a Wifi network if one becomes available mid call to be consistent with mobile device behavior.
The SDK has adjusted the uplink to utilize SVC when available in multi-party calls. We have also added dynamic layer publishing support to reduce video freezes when receiving a mobile SDK sender.
