Media Changes
The SDK will automatically switch to a Wifi network if one becomes available mid call to be consistent with mobile device behavior.
The SDK has adjusted the uplink to utilize SVC when available in multi-party calls. We have also added dynamic layer publishing support to reduce video freezes when receiving a mobile SDK sender.
Machine Learning Changes
Improved background blur and replacement with Amazon Chime SDK Machine Learning 0.3.3. The SDK now uses coreML acceleration on supported Apple devices and optimizes segmentation-mask and blur processing
Applications integrating AmazonChimeSDKMachineLearning.xcframework directly (instead of through SDK/Cocoapods) must link Apple’s CoreML.framework to the application target and configure it as Do Not Embed
