  1. Improved SQLTables, SQLColumns, and SQLTablePrivileges performance by running their SHOW commands over the unnamed prepared-statement protocol, removing a redundant per-call server-side prepare.
  2. Fixed IAM authentication to pass the default CA file path to libcurl as UTF-8, resolving connection failures on Linux and macOS when CaFile is not set.
  3. Fixed ODBC escape-clause parsing to accept date/time/timestamp literals with no space after the keyword (for example {ts'2026-07-08 07:45:00'}) and fixed a use-after-free on malformed clauses.
  4. Fixed JWT/OAuth authentication to honor connection-level StsConnectionTimeout and StsEndpointUrl on the STS call.
  5. Further improved metadata query performance by skipping redundant match-all (%) filters.
