Add Node.js 24 support in Codebuild (Ubuntu standard 7.0)

Node.js 24 is already added to the Dockerfile:

But is missing in the runtimes:

Node.js 24 is already an active LTS since okt. 2025:

And also supported in e.g. Lambda since nov. 2025

Node.js 24 is still missing from the AARCH64 Dockerfile: https://github.com/aws/aws-codebuild-docker-images/blob/master/al/aarch64/standard/3.0/Dockerfile

Though when I run codebuild for AARCH64 I see it in the environment variables, so I think the Dockerfile is missing what is actually deployed.

Or I have to define it more strict, to enable Node 24 for Ubuntu standard 3.0, or we have to add Node 24 to more images.
