Description of changes:
Use the
dotnet msbuild .\buildtools\build.proj /t:package-blueprints /p:UpdateBlueprintPackageVersions=truecommand to update all of the NuGet PackageReferences to AWS packages.The main goal is to update the Lambda Annotations blueprint to the new package that went out yesterday. That blueprint also need one line extra change to add the new namespace.
