Clicking the cluster-name breadcrumb does not preserve region

Description

Clicking the cluster-name breadcrumb does not preserve region.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• select a cluster in a region different than the default region
• go to view logs
• click on the cluster name in the breadcrumbs
• user is redirected to cluster list with default region

Expected behaviour

The region should be preserved.

Actual behaviour

Region is not preserved after clicking on the cluster name breadcrumb.
