* Added note for PR #123 * Fix issue #124, missing permissions in task docs * Issue #126, need to force credential generation in Lambda .NET Core Deployment task * Detect throttling and extend poll delay when querying for deployment events * Added comment to clarify why the poll delay increase is cumulative * Add ability to capture stack outputs as build variables, and to elect to use previous template when updating stack. * Added guard in case we fail to retrieve stack data * Ensure credentials no matter where they came from are always generated prior to use if needed. * Ensure credentials object available * fix webpack to fix linux and osx builds
