AWS toolkit information is not refreshed after switching profiles

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open VS code and switch to an existing profile
2. The toolkip says "Connect to [new profile]" but content is not refreshed

Expected behavior

Content should be refreshed to the new profile

System details

I've test it with another laptop and I have the same issue, so seems an issue with the AWS plugin

changing it to 3.49.0 works fine (again)
