Switching connections does not refresh resource list since 3.50

Problem

When switch connections across multiple accounts/IAMs, the list of resources shown is not auto-refreshed since ver 3.50

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to aws toolkit tab
2. Click on '...' beside "connected with profile:xxx"
3. Choose another profile
4. The resource list stays unchanged

Expected behavior

The resource list presented should be auto-refreshed and switched to the selected connection.
