What's New

Full Binary File Sync

  • Upload, update, and delete binary files (images, PDFs, etc.) via Overleaf's multipart upload API
  • Auto-detect text vs binary by extension (.tex, .bib, .sty → OT doc; everything else → binary upload)

Local-Only File Upload

  • Files that exist locally but not on the server are automatically uploaded during initial sync

Remote File Events

  • New docs/files created by collaborators are auto-downloaded in real time

Rapid Edit Protection

  • Per-doc flush debouncing (150ms) and content stability verification prevent corrupted uploads from AI agents or fast editors

Bug Fixes

  • Untracked file changes (files existing before watcher start) now trigger server creation
  • removeEntity handler now cleans up binary files in addition to text docs
  • Inline require() calls moved to top-level imports
