• Local-created file overwrite: locally-created text documents were overwritten with empty content when the server echoed back the reciveNewDoc event before _createTextDoc finished registering the path — added _creatingFiles guard in both _handleRemoteDocCreate and _handleRemoteFileCreate to skip echoes during active local creation
• joinDoc failure recovery: when _createTextDoc POST succeeded but joinDoc threw (e.g. joinLeaveEpoch mismatch), the _creatingFiles guard was already cleaned up, allowing the remote echo to overwrite the local file — added _locallyInitiated Map that persists the saved content across the full create lifecycle, enabling _handleRemoteDocCreate to recover by pushing local content instead of overwriting
