What it is

marketing-mindset gives any AI agent a professional marketer's operating system — how to find first customers, evaluate ideas, write ads and landing pages, and run growth. It is a mindset, not a template library.

The 5 principles

1. Don't learn marketing from stale sources — skip cached LLM doctrine and old reports
2. Three-month horizon — every idea must produce a client within 3 months
3. The user moves first — don't block bold or hacky first steps
4. Every hypothesis tests fast — one person, one week
5. Marketing runs ahead of the product — ship the landing page before the build
